This tablet stand allows me to easily adjust the height of the tablet and MacBook screen, which can be very close to the table or 6 inches higher. The connector on the stand looks tight enough that you can use the tablet as a tablet (touch screen), or you can use it to make the tablet a PC monitor or TV-like video device. The stand is sturdy and durable, but it folds up to be smaller than 7x7x2, so I can put it in my backpack without taking up as much space as the other desk stands I returned.
